Syllabus
In the design workshop, innovative, digital concepts for new integration and interaction options for AI assistants are systematically developed; the focus this semester is on accessibility. The aim is to develop and prototype user experience concepts (UX) in this context. Teams go through individual phases of the iterative design process (especially UX prototyping, either as a hardware or app prototype) and put theoretical knowledge into practice. Finally, the resulting concepts and UX designs are presented to a panel of experts and possible further development is discussed. The teams consist of students from the Art and Multimedia degree program and the Human-Computer Interaction Master's degree program. Two variants of the course are offered, variant 1 with a focus on UX prototyping in the hardware lab (3D) and variant 2 with a focus on UX prototyping of an app (2D).Application
Applications of MCI master students will be collected via Moodle, KUMM students apply via LSF. Register for the course with the code "dw2_sose25" via Moodle (with a letter of motivation and course preference).
Applications should include a one-page (DIN-A4) letter of motivation including your decision as to which of the two courses you would like to attend.
