Empowering Women through Technology

Description

We are looking for students who are interested in creating tech to empower women (e.g. to increase awareness of hormone cycles over a month).

The aim of this thesis is to understand existing research in this field and create a design space of tools based on these findings.

Tasks

• Review of related work on female empowerment through technology
• Creating a design space or guidelines or a prototype for a specific problem in this space
• Evaluating the prototype in a user study
• Analyze the data collected from the studies and build valid conclusions

Requirements

• Independent scientific work and creative problem solving
• Interest in performing user studies and experiments
